Business: minimizing inventory costs. Ironside sports sells 1225 tennis rackets per year. It cost$2 to store one tennis racket for a year. To reorder, there is a fixed cost of $1plus $0.50 for each tennis racket. How many times per year should ironside

D=1225
H=2
Reorder cost = 1+0.5•Q
Number of orders = D/EOQ = 1225/EOQ
Total order cost = (1+0.5•EOQ)•1225/EOQ = 1225/EOQ+612.5
Total storage cost = 2•EOQ/2 = EOQ
TC = Total cost = Order cost + Storage
