How to Assemble a Ping Pong Paddle

Ping-Pong Paddle Hotel Planned in China - AOL Travel News

Sopwith

Lots wrong with this article. It's table tennis, not ping-pong. Ping-Pong® is a federally registered trademark first developed by Parker Brothers, Inc. and now owned by Escalade Sports. The registered trademark Ping-Pong® indicates a brand of equipment used to play the sport of table tennis. It makes as much sense to call the sport of table tennis ping-pong as it would be to call the sport of basketball Wilson just because Wilson is a brand of basketball equipment. The article also says the guestroom windows will resemble the surface texture of a table tennis racket. This is incomplete information and a bit vague. It should have read the guestroom windows will resemble the surface texture of a table tennis racket covered in pips out rubber which is shown in the illustration. If it were to reflect the most used surface in the sport of table tennis it would resemle the surface texture of a table tennis racket covered in pips in or inverted rubber which has a smooth surface. This, of course, would not be conducive to having windows in the hotel.

If you had a hit counter installed in a ping pong racket, would it be of interest to you?

As said above, would you be interested if a hit counter that counts every shot you hit in ping pong?

I think that would be good.
